  1. Look for the create an account tab at the top right of our homepage and click on it.
  2. Fill in your  personal details and when all fields have been filled, click on ‘create and account’.
  3. You will receive a welcome email from support@eleven100gh.com.gh
  4. When you sign in to your account, you will be able to manage your account and buying activities:
  5. Proceed through checkout faster
  6. Edit your personal information
  7. Update your address book and store alternative addresses
  8. Check your order status
  9. Benefit from rewards offers for members only
You can choose to buy items  without registering as a customer and you can see your order details by following the link in your confirmation email. 
If you decide to register when buying your item, you can do it by simply choosing a password at the end of the checkout process.

When you see a product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Select your chosen color/size and then click on ‘Buy now’. This will take you to the checkout page.
  • You can also add the item to your card and when you’re finished shopping, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.
  • At checkout, if you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill in a few personal details and your chosen shipping address.
  • If you’re a returning customer, you will need to sign in and select your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping & payment details.
  • A member of our customer support team will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to confirm your order and delivery preferences.
